Intellectual Property

All content on the site (www.liquidqube.com) including logos, designs, images and text are
the property of Liquid Qube Software and/or their respective owners. Copying any site content for the
purpose of republication on another site or for other means of distribution constitutes a
violation of copyright and/or trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction of any site content
may be punished under all applicable laws and may include fines and/or imprisonment.
All software products provided by Liquid Qube Software are intended to be used in accordance with the
individual EULA or License that is provided with the software product.

Some software on this site is free to use and may or may not include a EULA. The free
software contained on this site is copyright protected and cannot be redistributed for commercial
use or any other form without consent from Liquid Qube Software. Failure to adhere to copyright,
trademark and other intellectual property laws may result in both civil and criminal damages
prosecution by Liquid Qube Software and/or any affiliate of Liquid Qube Software that may have
suffered damages as a result of the aforementioned violations.

Any open source code obtained from Liquid Qube Software remains the property of Liquid Qube Software.
Open source code can be used in its original form or modified by developers for use in
software applications and/or components whether they be commercial or otherwise.

The software components i.e. activex components or dll files available on this site are bound by the rules
set forth in their respective EULA or License. Under no circumstances may any component obtained on this
site be redistributed in such a way that allows other developers to use the component in their
applications without first purchasing rights from liquid qube software. All components come
with an internal serial number, which is to be the guarded information of the licensee i.e. (you the developer).
In the event that you are displaying examples of use in an open source format it is your
responsibility to insure that you do not display the internal serial number in your open source presentation.
All components come with the ability to run in a trial version mode and this is the only mode you are
allowed to display in your open source code. All purchased components are issued with the intent of being
redistributed with compiled software applications and as such must have the internal serial
number in the application code itself and not in any external file of any kind for any reason.
The transfer i.e. (selling) of these components or their internal serial numbers for any reason
is forbidden.

website, and reserves the right to make changes without notice. All information from Liquid Qube Software
is provided "as-is" and without warranty.

Where applicable Liquid Qube Software disclaims all warranties including any software, components
, or other products and services whether they be from liquid qube or a third party vendor).
This includes implied warranties of the merchantability of a product or service for a
particular purpose.

In no event shall Liquid Qube Software be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular
Liquid Qube Software shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental
damages, or damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related
to any Liquid Qube Software products, services or information from the Liquid Qube Software website,
whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law ,failure to
provide information, information from services or otherwise.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing/acquiring party to test and insure that any product ,information
or service purchased or acquired from liquid qube software is suitable for use in the way the
purchasing/acquiring party intends.

If any Liquid Qube Software Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the
registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the
applicable registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
password and account. You are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your
account. You agree to notify Liquid Qube Software immediately of any unauthorized use of your
account or any other security breach. Liquid Qube Software will not be liable for any loss
that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or
without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by
Liquid Qube Software or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
