Materials obtained under licence must be used strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of that licence.<\/p>

External Use<\/strong><\/p>

Any external use of copyrighted materials, such as in marketing, communications, or publications, must be approved by the Compliance Team to ensure proper permissions are obtained.<\/p>

LiquidQube will provide attribution for third-party materials as required by their licensing terms.<\/p>

Creation of Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>

All intellectual property created by employees or contractors during the course of their work for LiquidQube is the exclusive property of LiquidQube unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>

Employees and contractors are prohibited from using copyrighted materials in a way that infringes the rights of others when creating content for LiquidQube.<\/p>
